I will stand before my father in heaven to say I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. 2nd Timothy 4:7. I can't wait to kneel in front of my Lord and say these words to him with his arms wide open and tears of joy in both our eyes.

Book of life
Want to know why it’s the book of life? Because while reading it today my mind was so blown by the wisdom being poured into me that I was literally completely rejuvenated and invigorated! I’m so full of life right now, I’m so excited about my faith, and I’m so in love with this God I serve. Go ahead, ask me sometime what I learned today and have your mind blown too.

Some nights…
On some cold, winter, nights I need a really good conversation and some tea to share with someone close to me. Reading a book by C.S. Lewis (No, not just The Chronicles of Narnia) called “The Great Divorce” evokes this want in me. Tonight is most certainly one of those nights.
C.S. Lewis, I love you, but why do you have to make my mind go crazy with all these ideas that I want to share and discuss with others? Wait, I take it back, because that’s a good thing.

Realization of the day
I don’t talk about what I would like in a relationship because it makes me want a relationship all the more. Though, on days like today when I allow myself to day dream, I think about what kind of date would make me absolutely melt. My ideal date? A picnic in the woods, followed by reading our Bibles under a tree, then to end the day we would just hold hands watching the sun be swallowed up by the earth. Call me old fashioned, call me corny, call me overly romantic…but this sounds perfect to me.

Love.
I love it when people like to judge a certain style of people or group of people. Oh wait…did I say “love”? I meant “strongly dislike”. The narrow mindedness and intolerance of this generation drives me nuts. Love one another because there are most certainly bigger enemies to fight than one another over what clothes you wear or what interests you.
